Cranberry Township Realtor Website: New Community Pages in Google's Generative AI Report Within a Week
Deb Walton
Real Estate · Cranberry Township & North Hills

Deb Walton is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, based in the Cranberry Township office and working across Butler County and the North Hills. Her old site was a brokerage template. Buyers who already knew her name could find her. Buyers searching a town had no page of hers to land on. Digital Fire Creative launched debwaltonrealestate.com about a week ago as a custom site with a communities hub and a page for each town she serves. In the first seven days, Google's Generative AI features report was already recording impressions for community pages that did not exist on the old site.
The Challenge
The public site Google could see was about fourteen URLs: a home page, IDX search, a generic buying-and-selling overview, calculators, a bio, national Coldwell Banker pages, a neighborhood-news widget, and video testimonials with almost no written text. There was no Cranberry page and no page for the towns around it. IDX and the neighborhood tool help after someone has already arrived. They do not give Google or an AI overview a local fact to attach to Deb. The reputation was already there. The site gave search nothing specific to quote.
What We Built
Town Pages the Old Template Did Not Have
We built a communities hub and thirteen town pages. In Butler County: Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, Adams Township, Zelienople, Harmony, and Evans City. In Allegheny County: Wexford, Pine Township, Richland Township, Gibsonia, Marshall Township, McCandless, and Ross Township. Each page names the county, the school district, and how people actually get around, then covers housing, parks, property taxes, and a short FAQ. Current listings sit on the same URL. Cranberry's page, for example, states that the township is in Butler County, served by Seneca Valley, with I-79, the Turnpike, Route 19, and Route 228 meeting there. That is the kind of specific local page an AI result can cite.

Search Console Watching the New URLs
The site went into Google Search Console at launch so we could see which of the new URLs generative AI results actually use. The report that matters here is Performance, then Generative AI features, filtered to web results over the last seven days. It is an early read, and the impression counts are small. It is also the first proof that Google is pulling pages that were not on the old site.

The Result
In that seven-day Generative AI features report, the homepage registered 3 impressions on debwaltonrealestate.com and 3 on www.debwaltonrealestate.com. The communities hub, the About page, and four town pages each registered 1 impression: Adams Township, Cranberry Township, McCandless, and Pine Township. Privacy and terms appeared once each as well. Those town URLs did not exist a week earlier. The counts are the start. The pages Google has already used are the ones we will keep building on, and the rest of the town pages are next as they finish indexing.
Why a Week Is the Result
Google's generative AI results need a specific page to point at. The old template offered a name, a brokerage, and a search widget. The new Cranberry, Adams Township, McCandless, and Pine Township pages offer a school district, a commute, a tax breakdown, and direct answers. That is enough for those URLs to show up in the Generative AI features report before the site is two weeks old. We will keep reinforcing the pages already earning impressions and extend the same pages to the towns still waiting on their first one.
