These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Terms

We provide web development and related services as outlined in our project agreements. All services are provided "as is" and subject to the following terms:

  • Project scope and deliverables will be defined in writing
  • Timeline estimates are subject to client cooperation and feedback
  • Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Final deliverables are subject to full payment

Payment Terms

For our Quick Launch package ($499):

  • Full payment required before project initiation
  • 48-hour delivery timeline begins after payment and content receipt
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun

For Custom Solutions:

  • 50% deposit required to commence work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Payment schedules for larger projects will be outlined in the proposal

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • Full rights to the final website design and content
  • Access to all associated accounts and credentials
  • Rights to use and modify the delivered website

We retain the right to:

  • Display the work in our portfolio
  • Use non-confidential aspects for promotional purposes
  • Retain and reuse component code and development techniques

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing necessary content and materials in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring provided content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
  • Maintaining and updating website content after launch

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled:

  • Quick Launch package: No refunds once work has begun
  • Custom Solutions: Payment for completed work plus 20% of remaining contract value
  • Unused hosting or subscription fees will be refunded pro-rata

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
