The Challenge
The goal was to quickly develop an admin dashboard that would allow yoga studios to manage challenges with ease, send notifications to members, and track key metrics—all without requiring extensive technical knowledge or overwhelming studio admins.
Our Solution
We developed a simple, streamlined admin dashboard that integrates seamlessly with the Zen Room Rewards mobile app. Using Expo Web, Firebase, and React Native, we created a dashboard that is easy to navigate, supports real-time data syncing, and offers essential features like challenge creation, member invites, and progress tracking.
